He is a seasoned audit and financial management professional with over three decades of experience in public sector audit, accounts, internal controls, and HR administration. He has previously held senior positions, including Director (BPS-19), in the Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan. His expertise includes supervising large-scale audits such as BRTS Lahore, Kalma Chowk Underpass, Azadi Chowk Flyover, and Shalimar Underpass, as well as financial management and organizational development. He is a Certified Public Finance Accountant (PIPFA) with extensive national and international training, faculty experience in training government officials, and proven leadership in coordinating international conferences and workshops. He is known for strict adherence to rules, institutional discipline, and strengthening internal controls in public offices.
